Countries
sazeh checks an ETABS model against building codes. Today it applies one national set of codes. The codes of the countries below are not checked yet. We are at the stage of finding out where engineers need them, and we add a country when enough of them ask. Each page lists the codes that govern there, what a check would cover, and a form to ask for it.
| Country | Codes | Status |
|---|---|---|
| United States | ASCE 7-22, ACI 318-19 and AISC 360-22 | Not available yet. On request |
| Saudi Arabia | SBC 301, SBC 304 and SBC 306 (2018) | Not available yet. On request |
| Indonesia | SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019 and SNI 1729:2020 | Not available yet. On request |
| Philippines | NSCP 2015 | Not available yet. On request |
| United Arab Emirates | ASCE 7, ACI 318 and AISC 360, used by reference | Not available yet. On request |
| Iraq | ASCE 7, ACI 318 and AISC 360, used by reference | Not available yet. On request |
| Jordan | ASCE 7, ACI 318 and AISC 360, used by reference | Not available yet. On request |
How a country is added
- Engineers ask for it on the page of the country.
- The codes are taken edition by edition, and every number on a sheet is traced to a table.
- The results are compared with the design output of ETABS for the same code, before any sheet is shown to a user.
- Only then does the page say that the country is available.
If your country is not in the list, write to us from any of the pages and say which codes your projects use.
